This Refund Policy explains how subscription charges and refunds work on Dripmint (“we”, “us”, “our”). By subscribing to Dripmint, you agree to the terms below.

1. Subscription Payments

Dripmint operates on a subscription model. When you subscribe, you are billed immediately for the selected plan, and the subscription will automatically renew each billing cycle (monthly or annually, depending on your selection).

Your billing cycle is shown on your account dashboard and in your email receipts.

2. Refund Eligibility

Because Dripmint provides immediate access to software features, infrastructure, and email automation tools, all subscription payments are generally non-refundable. However, refunds may be granted at our discretion in the following cases:

Duplicate charges caused by a technical issue.
Accidental plan upgrade if you did not use any upgraded features.
Billing errors on our side.
Unauthorized transactions if promptly reported.

Refunds are not provided for:

Change of mind after using the service.
Failure to cancel before renewal.
Unused time in an active billing period.
Partial subscription periods.

3. 24-Hour First-Time Subscriber Grace Review

For new users only, if you experience a technical issue preventing proper use of Dripmint within the first 24 hours of purchase, you may contact us for a review. Refunds are not guaranteed but will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund past payments.

Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you disagree with a charge, we strongly encourage you to contact us before filing a chargeback. Chargebacks submitted without prior communication may result in:

Immediate suspension of your account
Reversal of subscription benefits
Permanent account closure in fraudulent cases

We typically respond within 48 hours. If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method. Processing times vary by bank.
